1. Education and commentary only
Everything Fuzion Trading provides — the live sessions, written commentary, alerts, tools, courses, research feeds, webinars, and community chat — is published for educational and informational purposes only. It is general market commentary made available to all members on the same terms. It is not personalized investment advice, and it is not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, futures contract, option, or other financial instrument.
Nothing we publish takes account of your financial situation, your investment objectives, your risk tolerance, your tax position, or your particular needs. We do not know any of those things about you, and we do not evaluate them.
2. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary
Sang Lucci Trading, LLC, doing business as Fuzion Trading, is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser or broker-dealer, is not registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a commodity trading advisor or commodity pool operator, and is not a member of FINRA, the NFA, or SIPC. None of our educators is individually registered or licensed as an investment adviser, broker, or commodity trading advisor either.
Using our Services does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or professional relationship between you and Fuzion or any of our educators. We do not manage accounts, hold customer funds, execute orders, or connect to your brokerage account. Every order you place is your own decision, entered through your own broker, in your own account.
3. Trading involves substantial risk of loss
Trading securities, options, and futures carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose some or all of your capital, and in some circumstances you can lose more than your initial investment. Only risk capital should be used — money you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your financial security or lifestyle.
Options. Options carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for all investors. Certain options strategies carry unlimited risk. Before trading options, read the Options Clearing Corporation’s disclosure document, Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, which your broker is required to provide and which is available from the OCC.
Futures and 0DTE. Futures trading involves leverage, which magnifies both gains and losses. Zero-days-to-expiration and short-dated options are particularly volatile instruments in which positions can lose their entire value very quickly, sometimes within minutes. The speed of these markets means that price levels discussed in a live session may be stale by the time you act on them.
4. Alerts, live commentary, and setups are not recommendations
Our educators discuss specific tickers, price levels, and setups during live sessions, in written commentary, and through alerts. These describe what our educators are watching, considering, or doing in their own accounts, or what they observe in market data. They are illustrations of a method, not instructions to you.
An alert firing is not a signal that you should take a trade. It is not a determination that a trade is suitable for you. We do not track whether you act on anything we publish, and we do not follow up on your positions.
5. Our educators trade their own accounts
Our educators actively trade and may hold, establish, change, or close positions in the securities, options, or futures they discuss — including positions opposite to what they describe, and including before, during, or after they discuss them. They are under no obligation to disclose their positions, to update commentary when their view changes, or to notify anyone when they exit.
Treat everything you hear in a session as the opinion of a person with their own money at stake and their own reasons for acting.
6. Performance, results, and testimonials
Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to anything discussed, displayed, or referenced in our Services.
Any results, trades, screenshots, or account figures shared by our educators or by members in our community are individual experiences. They are not typical, not verified by us, and not a promise of what you will achieve. Differences in timing, execution, position sizing, fees, slippage, account size, risk tolerance, and market conditions mean that two people acting on identical information routinely get very different outcomes.
Hypothetical, simulated, and backtested results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may under- or over-compensate for the impact of factors such as lack of liquidity. Because the trades have not actually been executed, results may also have under- or over-compensated for the impact of market factors, and simulated programs in general are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
We make no guarantee, express or implied, that you will make money, avoid losses, or achieve any particular outcome from using our Services.
7. Tools, data, and accuracy
Our tools display market data, including options flow, gamma exposure, positioning, and related analytics. Much of this data comes from third-party providers.
We do not warrant that any data, calculation, or output is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Data feeds fail, exchanges revise data, calculations rest on assumptions and models that may be wrong, and displayed figures may be delayed. Gamma exposure and dealer positioning figures in particular are estimates derived from public data using assumptions about market structure; they are not disclosed positions and should not be treated as fact.
Do not rely on our tools as your sole basis for a trading decision, and verify anything material with your broker or another source before acting on it.
8. Forward-looking statements
Commentary about where a market may go, what a level may mean, or how a session may develop is opinion about an uncertain future. Markets frequently do the opposite of what any experienced participant expects. Nothing framed as an expectation, projection, or outlook should be read as a statement of fact.
9. Third-party content and links
Our Services include content from third parties, including research feeds, data providers, and material shared by members in the community. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for third-party content or for anything posted by members.
We link to third-party websites, including those on our Partners page. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or practices.
We are paid when you use some of our partners. Our relationships with the companies on our Partners page are affiliate arrangements. If you sign up for or purchase a partner’s service through our link, we receive compensation from that partner, at no additional cost to you. This gives us a financial interest in your using those services, and you should weigh that when deciding whether to.
We are not compensated for expressing any particular opinion about a partner, and being paid does not change what we tell you about a service. But you should assume a financial relationship exists behind any partner link unless we say otherwise, and evaluate any partner’s product on its own merits and against your own needs.
10. Your decisions are your own
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for any resulting profits or losses. Before acting on anything you learn through our Services, consider seeking advice from a licensed financial adviser, broker, accountant, or attorney who knows your circumstances.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you understand the risks described here, that you are trading your own capital at your own risk, and that Fuzion and its educators are not responsible for your results.
